Delivery
As soon as the order has been made and the payment has been received by Babyhood, your hood will be sent within five businessdays . Your Babyhood is packaged in an A4 size envelope and sent by regular mail. This means you do not have to be at home to accept delivery. Larger orders are sent as packages.

Payment
All payments are safely processed by our payment provider, ……. Credit card payments are processed online and can therefore be handled immediately. If you pay by bank transfer, you will be sent an e-mail containing all payment details, so you can transfer the total order amount at your convenience. It takes a number of workdays before we receive this type of payment. Your order will be sent as soon as we have received confirmation of payment. Babyhood will send a payment confirmation by e-mail and will let you know when the order will be sent.

Successful order?
If you receive an order confirmation by e-mail, this means your order has been placed successfully. If you do not receive a confirmation by e-mail, the e-mail address for the order may be incorrect or payment has not yet been finalized. If you have any questions, send an e-mail to info@babyhood.nl and we will check to make sure your order has been placed correctly.

Returns
We do our best to deliver a good product. Please pay attention; the hood is not water-resistant. You could do it yourself by treating the hood with a water-resistant spray.If you wish to return an item, let us know beforehand by sending an e-mail to info@babyhood.nl Remember to include your name, address, our order number and specify your complaint!
