General terms & conditions

1. General sales and delivery- and payment conditions from Babyhood, located in The Hague   and registered at the chamber of commerce, number 32266485.

 These general terms and conditions apply to every product made by Babyhood.

2. If you order a Babyhood product,  you will agree with the terms & conditions in this document.

3. All prices on this website are in euro’s including VAT.

4. For sending Babyhood’s products we will charge the necessary  shipping costs. A report of the shipping costs is listed under the button ???

5. After having received the payment, the order will be sent within 5 business days, if available in stock. TNT delivers normally the next business day, if the delivery address is in The Netherlands. For orders outside The Netherlands, TNT will deliver in 2-3 business days. Babyhood is not liable for any damage or lost caused by TNT.

6. Babyhood tries its best to keep the website up to date, nevertheless it is possible that in an exceptional case one of our products is temporary out of stock. If so, Babyhood contacts you as soon as possible.

7. Babyhood will do (almost) everything to deliver a perfect Babyhood product. If the product however does not meet your expectations, you can sent the Babyhood back within 7 days after delivery and contact us by e-mail. We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.

8. In case a customer receives a different product than ordered, Babyhood will take care of sending the correct article.

9.  To respect your privacy, we guarantee that any and all information you are providing will remain strictly confidential to the best of our ability and safely stored. Read our Privacy Policy

10. Babyhood shall not be liable for any damage, as well as physical, material, or immaterial, which can be the cause of defective functioning or the cause of using the Babyhood product  in a wrong way.

11. Babyhood shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage caused by or arising from any user's reliance on information obtained from or through this site. It is your responsibility to evaluate the information and other content available through this site.
